About the role:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support across India.
Immediate Joining Required
What you'll do:
• Troubleshoot and support equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Build solid relationships with customers and internal teams
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve equipment processes
What we're looking for:
• 1+ years of experience in equipment installation or maintenance
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience and understanding on PLC
Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
