Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development professional with 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop recent business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable services.




• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential target accounts.
