We are looking for a skilled and analytical Cold Email Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize B2B cold email campaigns for multiple clients. The candidate will be responsible for writing effective email sequences, managing campaigns through Smartlead, analyzing performance metrics, improving deliverability, and using Claude AI to enhance campaign workflows.
The role requires practical expertise in cold email execution, strong written English, and the ability to turn campaign data into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop effective cold email sequences, including messaging angles, 3–4-step follow-ups, and A/B testing variations.
• Set up, launch, and manage campaigns using Smartlead, including campaign schedules, inbox rotation, lead uploads, and campaign settings.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, including bounce rates, reply rates, and inbox health.
• Analyze campaign metrics, identify performance issues, and implement improvements to increase positive replies and booked meetings.
• Use Claude AI, including Claude Fable,



for copywriting, sequence reviews, campaign analysis, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Prepare and share weekly client updates with clear, data-driven performance reports.
• Identify warm and interested prospects and promptly hand over replies to the sales team.
• Maintain campaign performance records and communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously test messaging angles, follow-up sequences, and campaign settings to improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing cold email campaigns, preferably in a B2B outbound agency handling multiple clients.
• Solid practical experience with Smartlead, including campaign setup, sequences, analytics, and email account settings.
• Proven cold email copywriting skills, supported by real campaign examples and performance metrics.
• Advanced, daily experience using Claude AI, incl
