Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in solar EPC and BESS, including PM Kusum schemes, government tenders, and institutional projects.



The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads, manage client outreach, conduct market research, and support bid preparation and proposal development. The position includes building and maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal technical and project teams, and tracking sales pipelines and performance metrics. The executive will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to expand the company’s market presence.
