Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales operations, focusing on luxury residential and investment properties, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. This full-time,



in office role is based in Koramangala and includes managing a sales team, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent performance through coaching, training, and pipeline reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, site visits, and negotiations, and closing high-value transactions while maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with developers and internal stakeholders to understand project offerings, market trends, and inventory, and will provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
