We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business, generate leads, visit industrial customers, and grow sales of our compressed air equipment.
Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales & Business Development
• Visit industrial customers, factories, manufacturing units, and industrial areas to generate new business.
• Identify and approach potential customers requiring screw air compressors, reciprocating compressors, air receivers,



and refrigerated air dryers.
• Develop new customers across industries such as automotive, engineering, fabrication, foundry, casting, packaging, plastics, food processing, and other manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain an active sales pipeline.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, industrial directories, and networking.
• Identify key decision-makers, including plant heads, maintenance managers, purchase managers, and factory owners.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for new installations, replacement machines, and capacity upgrades.
• Convert enquiries into orders through consistent follow-ups and professional sales presentations.
