Job Overview:
As an Expansion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our franchise network. Continuously analyze lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. ● Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new studio openings. Analyze demographic data, competitor presence, and local business landscapes to assess the viability and potential success of new franchise ventures. ● Franchise Network Support: Collaborate with existing franchisees to gather insights and feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and operational challenges.
