Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist – Part time will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive measurable performance outcomes.



This remote role involves daily monitoring of campaign performance, analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending experiments to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals, manage budgets, implement A/B tests, and refine audience targeting and creatives. The role also includes preparing clear performance reports, sharing insights with stakeholders, and continuously testing new strategies, tools, and platforms to enhance digital growth.
