At Chessadda, we offer one-on-one and group chess coaching for kids aged 4-16, helping them think strategically and play with confidence. But Chessadda is more than just coaching—it’s a community where chess lovers of all levels can connect, compete, and grow.

What’s the role like?
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern (Meta Ads Focus) to join our team remotely ? This is a great opportunity if you want hands-on experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, and campaign execution while working with a growing chess education/community brand.

Your day-to-day will involve:
✔️ Market research and gathering insights
✔️ Helping brainstorm and create ad creatives (copy, visuals, ideas)
✔️ Assisting in planning and launching ad campaigns
✔️ Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Understanding of social media ads, especially Meta Ads, etc.




✔️ Interest in digital marketing, branding, and content creation
✔️ Creative thinker with attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable working independently in a versatile, remote setup
✔️ Eager to learn and experiment
✔️ Take complete ownership of tasks and projects assigned.

Perks & Structure:
• ? Flexible remote internship (just approximately 2 hours a day after you get the hang of things)
• ?️ First 3-4 weeks will be unpaid (learning + trial period)
• ? If we see value being created, it will convert into a paid contract role with stipend/compensation
• ? Focus is on efficient work, not long hours
