• Designation: Senior Associate
• Location: Gurugram
• Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
• Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Draft and prosecute patent applications across core ICT domains, including software, telecommunications, networking, Electrical, AI/ML, and cloud computing.
• Independently deliver client-ready patent specifications, search reports, and office action responses.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards across complex technical and legal frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or a related field.
• Registered Indian Patent Agent.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and prior art searches in the ICT sector.
• Sharp analytical mindset and robust technical writing skills.
