Role Description The Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for NJ Macson’s advisory and family office services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying target audiences, conducting market research, managing online marketing channels, and tracking campaign performance. The executive will nurture new leads through effective communication, coordinate with the sales and advisory teams to support client acquisition, and maintain accurate records of prospects and outreach activities. The role also involves continuously optimizing lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates and brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Strong lead generation skills, including identifying New Leads and converting prospects through targeted Lead Generation activities.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to understand client segments, industry trends,



and competitive positioning.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects, presenting services clearly, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience supporting Sales processes and driving pipeline growth.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms).
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
