Job Description

Acxiom Consulting is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise software and ERP sales across South India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B enterprise sales, new business development, and IT hunting sales, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's regional presence, acquiring new enterprise customers, and building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and enterprise sales for ERP and enterprise software solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across manufacturing, retail, distribution, and other industries.





Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, business owners, and other senior stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Identify opportunities for ERP implementation and business transformation solutions.

Map the South Indian market and develop strategic accounts across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, commercial negotiations, and follow-ups.

Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Travel extensively across the assigned territory to generate business and close deals.

Required Skills And Qualifications

8–10+ years of experience in B2B corporate or enterprise sales.

Strong experience in hunting sales and new customer acquisition.

Prior experience selling ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, CRM, WMS, or IT solutions.
