Role Description The Sales Closer Consultant is a full time, remote role based in Mumbai. The consultant will engage with inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, understand client health and lifestyle goals, and present suitable LEANFIT programs and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, scheduling and conducting consultations, delivering persuasive yet ethical program recommendations, and securing timely deal closures.



The role involves close collaboration with the coaching and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and a positive client experience. The consultant will also track performance metrics, maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and contribute insights to improve sales processes and client communication.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Closings and Deal Closure to convert qualified leads into committed clients in a consultative sales environment.
• Knowledge of Escrow or similar transactional processes to manage financial and contractual aspects of client onboarding where applicable.
• Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales, ideally within health, wellness, coaching, or lifestyle services.
• Ability to work remotely, maintain consistent follow-up, and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
