About SVASTHA
SVASTHA (earlier Strong By Yoga) is an online wellness brand run by M/s Yog Sadhana, Jaipur. We help people across India lose weight with home-cooked Indian food, intermittent fasting and yoga. Our remote team of dietitians, yoga instructors and sales staff guides clients through personalised plans, live classes and our own app.
About the internship
This is a 6-month, fully remote, paid internship in our sales team. You will learn consultative selling from the founder and senior team members, with call scripts and training from day one. By month three you should be handling your own leads and closing sales every week. Strong performers may be offered a full time role.
What you'll do
• Call inbound leads from our ads and WhatsApp, understand their goals, and recommend the right programme (starting with our 21-day plan)
• Follow up interested leads on WhatsApp and phone until they decide, including payment reminders
• Call existing clients about renewals and longer plans when their programme ends
• Log every call and its outcome in our CRM/lead sheet the same day
• Share common customer questions and objections with the team every week
Required
• Comfortable speaking Hindi and English on the phone
• Able to make 40+ calls a day and keep notes
• Own smartphone and laptop/PC, a quiet place to take calls, and stable internet
• Available full-time for 6 months, 6 days a week (10 AM–7 PM)
• Graduate or final-year student in any subject
Nice to have
• Any experience in tele-calling, sales, customer support or counselling (internships count)
• Interest in nutrition, fitness or healthy living
• Experience using Google Sheets or a CRM
