About the Role
Sangrila Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (Perfumers Club) is looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer outreach, collaborations, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience identifying relevant influencers, negotiating collaboration terms, managing paid and barter partnerships, and coordinating product PR and gifting activities.
The candidate should understand social media trends and be comfortable building relationships with influencers to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance.

Key Resposibilities
1. Influencer Research & Outreach
• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.




• Reach out to new influencers regularly to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of influencers, including contact details, audience insights, engagement rates, and collaboration history.
• Evaluate influencers based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and brand suitability.

2. Influencer Negotiation & Collaboration Management
• Connect with influencers to discuss campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms.
• Negotiate influencer quotes and manage budgets for paid collaborations.
• Coordinate paid, barter, and free product collaborations.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers.
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely responses and completion of agreed deliverables.

3. PR & Product Gifting
• Plan and coordinate PR packages and product gifting for influencers.
• Collect shipping details and coordinate with internal teams for timely
