Role Description The Sales Professional for VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) segment will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for VFD products and related solutions. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, involving regular customer visits, technical discussions,



and commercial negotiations with clients in industrial and related sectors. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product presentations and demos, and coordinating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product positioning and sales strategy. The Sales Professional will maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records, while building long-term relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Variable Frequency Drives, power electronics concepts, and industrial automation applications.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in industrial or electrical/electronics sectors.
