Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting property offerings, and generating interest in current real estate projects. The Telesales Executive will follow up on leads, provide accurate information, address basic queries, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team. The role also includes maintaining call logs and lead records, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and meeting daily and monthly targets for lead conversion.



The Telesales Executive is expected to uphold Viviana Properties’ standards of trust and honesty in all client interactions.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking ability and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and build positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential buyers or investors.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to persuade, negotiate, and support the closing of property deals.
• Comfort with making high volumes of outbound calls and working with call scripts and CRM tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
