Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR)



will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through cold calling, inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting. The primary objective of this role is to book high-quality meetings for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the sales team to drive business conversions.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in cold outreach, and the ability to engage decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
• Perform high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective clients across the US, UK, and India.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including CXOs, Directors, Engineering Heads, Operations Leaders, and IT stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting activities.
