Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the company's HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, ensuring labour law compliance, and supporting business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment,



interview scheduling, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management, salary revisions, and employee records.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI/KRA reviews, and employee development activities.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts, and employee welfare.
• Manpower Management: Coordinate with department heads, manpower contractors, and labour suppliers to ensure adequate staffing.
