Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing House of Voices’ community, audience, and event reach in Jaipur and online. This part-time, hybrid role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing partnerships with venues and collaborators, and driving ticket sales and sponsorships. The person in this position will manage social media and digital promotion, coordinate offline outreach at local events,



and analyze campaign performance to optimize future activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new audience segments, maintaining relationships with artists and partners, preparing promotional materials, and supporting the planning and marketing of live shows and special events. While the role is based in Jaipur and requires in office presence for events and meetings, some work-from-home is acceptable for planning, coordination, and reporting.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales outreach, relationship building, and partnership development, with the ability to convert leads into ticket sales or sponsorships.
