Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at Anvaya is a full time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar. The role involves preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ), supporting cost planning and budgeting, and ensuring accurate cost control across infrastructure projects.



The Quantity Surveyor will monitor project expenditures, prepare periodic cost reports, and assist in tendering processes and bid evaluations. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and project management teams, assessing variations and claims, updating cost forecasts, and helping maintain financial efficiency and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and support financial decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs to ensure accurate measurements and documentation for tenders and contracts.
