Job Purpose:



The Incharge - Business Development is responsible for supporting business development initiatives by identifying and evaluating opportunities, conducting market research, assisting in deal structuring, and coordinating due diligence activities. This role works closely with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of transactions while maintaining alignment with the organization’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Business Development Manager

Market Research & Opportunity Identification

Conduct market research for joint venture, and asset acquisition opportunities.

Track regional real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to support decision-making.

Build and maintain a network with local brokers, IPCs, and industry stakeholders to source potential deals.

Transaction Support & Due Diligence

Assist in preparing initial feasibility studies, financial analysis, and presentations for senior management.
