We are looking for a result-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across our manufacturing plant and corporate functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable talent, closing vacancies within timelines, and building a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, maintenance, stores, accounts, sales, HR, and administration.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants and targeted recruitments.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Maintain a database of candidates, vacancies, and recruitment progress.
• Develop effective sourcing channels for plant-level workers, technicians, supervisors, and management positions.




• Prepare weekly recruitment reports covering open positions, interviews, offers, and joining status.

Candidate Requirements• Post Graduate in Human Resources.
• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Manufacturing industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and recruitment tools.
• Solid communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.

• Improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
