Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

About the Role
Perona is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to ensure our stores consistently deliver a premium customer experience through effective product placement, inventory coordination, visual merchandising execution, and sales performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion retail, customer preferences, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure effective product display and visual merchandising across all stores.
• Coordinate with store teams for timely replenishment of merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels and identify quick-moving and slow-moving products.
• Analyze store-wise sales performance and recommend actions to improve sell-through.
• Support new product launches and seasonal collections.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain VM standards.




• Track inventory health and coordinate transfers between stores when required.
• Share weekly merchandising and performance reports with the Head Office.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel and retail ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel across store locations.
