About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our international business development initiatives, primarily targeting the US market. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality B2B prospect databases, scraping and validating business contact information, executing email marketing campaigns, and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead research, data extraction, email marketing, database management, and multichannel outbound prospecting to help build a consistent pipeline of potential business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Lead Research & Database Building
• Research and identify potential B2B clients in the US market based on target industries, company size, geography,



and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Build targeted prospect databases containing company names, websites, industry details, contact names, job titles, business email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Identify key decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, directors, department heads, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other B2B data platforms to source relevant prospects.

2. Database Scraping & Data Extraction
• Extract business and contact information from relevant online sources, business directories, company websites, LinkedIn, and approved prospecting platforms.
• Use database scraping and data extraction tools to build targeted prospect lists efficiently.
• Segment prospect databases based on industry, company size, location, job title, and other campaign-specific criteria.
