About Vanya Veda Lab
Vanya Veda Lab is an emerging premium beauty and skilled salon care brand that combines the wisdom of Ayurveda with modern science. With a growing presence across India, we specialise in innovative haircare, scalp care, skincare, and professional salon treatments.
As we expand our distribution network and salon partnerships, we are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Accounts & MIS Executive to strengthen our financial operations, reporting systems, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor outstanding payments from distributors, salons, and other business partners.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.




• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST filings, TDS returns, and financial reporting.

2. MIS Reporting & Business Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Prepare product-wise, SKU-wise, region-wise, and distributor-wise sales reports.
• Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and ageing reports.
• Develop dashboards highlighting sales performance, inventory movement, collections, and profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support business decisions.

3. Distributor & Sales Accounting
• Maintain distributor ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Track distributor billing, payments, credit notes, debit notes, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor credit periods and flag overdue payments to management and the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.
