About the RoleBrahmanee Industries / Neo Furniture is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations In-Charge to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our furniture manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, production planning, material management, vendor coordination, quality control and dispatch operations.
The role involves overseeing the complete operational cycle, from product design and development to production, quality assurance and final dispatch, ensuring smooth workflow, effective resource utilization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities• Factory Operations: Manage daily factory activities, manpower, machinery, tools and overall workflow.
• Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules,



monitor progress and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Product Design & Development: Coordinate with design teams to ensure product designs are practical, production-ready and aligned with specifications.
• Material Planning: Ensure timely availability of raw materials, hardware, components and other production resources.
• Purchase & Procurement: Coordinate with purchase teams, follow up on purchase orders and ensure materials arrive as per production requirements.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for quotations, specifications, quality concerns and delivery schedules.
• Quality Coordination: Monitor product quality at different manufacturing stages and coordinate corrective actions.
• Production to Dispatch: Ensure products are completed, inspected, finished and dispatched as per committed timelines.
• Team Supervision: Coordinate production workers, supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain
