Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Collection Team Leader located in Gurgaon. The Collection Team Leader will oversee a team of collection executives, set daily targets, monitor performance,



and ensure adherence to collection strategies and compliance guidelines. Responsibilities include managing debt recovery processes, reviewing delinquent accounts, resolving escalated customer issues, and coordinating with internal stakeholders in finance and operations. The role involves analyzing collection data, preparing periodic performance reports, and recommending process improvements to enhance recovery rates and customer experience. The team leader will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
