Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong combination of legal and financial expertise to manage accounting, taxation, legal documentation and compliance activities for our Real Estate Division.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage accounting, taxation and financial operations across multiple group entities.
· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations and statutory filings.
· Draft, review and interpret legal agreements, contracts and other commercial documents.
· Support legal and commercial negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
· Coordinate statutory and internal audits and maintain regulatory documentation.
· Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and management reports.
· Oversee banking operations, financial records and cost control.




· Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, legal and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· LLB along with CA Inter / CA qualification.
· 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, legal documentation and compliance.
· Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory regulations.
· Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in real estate or multi-entity business operations will be an added advantage.
