The Role
We're looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media & Marketing Executive who lives and breathes content. You'll own how AvoraHQ shows up online, from LinkedIn thought leadership aimed at corporate decision-makers to Instagram content that speaks to a luxury audience. You'll also help build the presentations, proposals, and collaterals our sales team takes to clients.

This role suits someone who sees a trend on Monday and has a content idea for it by Tuesday.

What You'll Do Social Media
• Plan, create,



and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram (plus other platforms as needed)
• Build and manage the monthly content calendar
• Spot trends, formats, and conversations early and adapt them to a premium brand voice
• Create reels, carousels, stories, and static posts around live events, client experiences, and brand campaigns
• Cover events (on-ground or remote) with real-time content when required
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) and share monthly insights
• Engage with the community and support lead-generation campaigns

Marketing & Collaterals
• Design client-facing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks in line with brand guidelines
• Create marketing collaterals: brochures, event one-pagers, emailers, invites, and print material
• Support Masterstroke events with promotional creatives and post-event content
• Coordinate with the graphics team, sales team, and ex
