Goal: Your primary objective is straightforward: Generate qualified sales opportunities for Worxwide. You will identify target companies, find the right decision-makers, understand their potential business challenges, and engage them through multiple outbound channels.

About the Role

We are not looking for someone who simply sends generic emails or makes calls from a script. We want someone who can research an account, understand the prospect’s business, identify a relevant problem, craft a compelling message, and start a genuine business conversation.

The Responsibilities
1.Lead Generation & Account Research




• Identify and build target account lists based on Worxwide’s ICP, industry priorities, geographies, and service offerings.
• Research companies, buying triggers, decision-makers, and business challenges to identify high-potential prospects.
• Build and continuously enrich a qualified database of target accounts and contacts.

2. Inside Sales & Outreach
• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels.
• Run personalized outreach and ABM campaigns to engage CXOs and senior decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects, conduct initial conversations, understand business needs, and convert prospects into qualified meetings.

3. Pipeline & Sales Operations
• Own lead-to-meeting and meeting-to-opportunity progression, ensuring consistent pipeline creation.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track outreach, engagement, meetings, opportunities, and conversion metrics.
