About the Role
ARDEM is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Analyst with hands-on experience in accounting operations, fund-related expenses, and accounts payable processes, preferably within the venture capital or investment management industry.
The successful candidate will independently manage assigned accounting activities, including expense processing, fund expense allocations, portfolio-company coordination, and fund expense rebilling. This role requires strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve routine exceptions independently.




The candidate will work closely with US-based client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely processing, effective controls, and reliable day-to-day accounting operations.
This is not a basic invoice-processing role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the process, understand the accounting behind transactions, identify discrepancies, and communicate professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Accounting and Expense Allocation
• Understand the distinction between management company expenses and fund-level expenses.
• Identify and allocate expenses to the appropriate funds, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), or portfolio entities based on supporting documentation and applicable guidelines.
• Review expense classifications and supporting documents to ensure accurate accounting treatment.
