Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury and Financial Planning.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR, NSE/BSE regulations, Companies Act and Ind AS even we have company secretary on place for the same.
• Manage quarterly/annual financial results, stock exchange disclosures and statutory filings.
• Oversee statutory/internal audits, audit committee reporting and financial controls.
• Handle banking, working capital, fund-raising, debt restructuring and investor relations.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, budgeting and MIS.
• Drive manufacturing costing, inventory controls, profitability analysis and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, company secretary, regulators, bankers and Board members.
• Support corporate restructuring,



capital raising and strategic financial decisions.
• Handle post-IBC/NCLT compliance, financial restructuring and stock exchange-related matters.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI – Mandatory.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Prior finance leadership experience in an NSE/BSE-listed company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI LODR, Ind AS, Companies Act, corporate governance and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, audits, banking and fund-raising.
• Experience in IBC/NCLT matters, capital restructuring and trading suspension revocation preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Robust leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
