Are you a confident communicator with a knack for understanding customer needs and identifying the right sales opportunities? We’re looking for a proactive, target-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Hodophile Travels. This role primarily supports Visa services, so a solid understanding of visas, immigration regulations, and requirements will be a major advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Handle incoming enquiries and connect with prospective customers
•⁠ ⁠Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, needs, budgets, and intent
•⁠ ⁠Identify genuine business opportunities and assess lead suitability
•⁠ ⁠Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move prospects to the next stage
•⁠ ⁠Explain our services and identify the most suitable solutions based on customer requirements
•⁠ ⁠Schedule discussions and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records,



and updates in the CRM
•⁠ ⁠Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and conversion targets
•⁠ ⁠Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely responses
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers

Eligibility Criteria
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, lead qualification, telecalling, or inside sales
•⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of lead qualification and follow-up techniques
•⁠ ⁠Ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and assess buying intent
•⁠ ⁠Positive interpersonal, organisational, and relationship-building skills
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools
•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads efficiently
