About the Company

Shivanjali Enterprise is an industrial engineering products and solutions provider, catering to industries such as Cement, Steel, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Power Plants and other manufacturing sectors.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to our business expansion across North-East India.

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop current business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
2. Promote and sell industrial engineering products, including Gearboxes, Geared Motors, Pneumatic Products, Heat Exchangers, Industrial Valves, Welding Consumables, Wear Protection Solutions and Specialty Lubricants.
3.



Visit industrial plants regularly to understand customer requirements and identify potential applications.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with Plant Heads, Maintenance Engineers, Purchase Departments and Technical Teams.
5. Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate prices and convert enquiries into purchase orders.
6. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
7. Provide technical product presentations, demonstrations and application-based solutions.
8. Coordinate with manufacturers and principals for technical support, pricing and order execution.
9. Monitor competitor activities, market trends and upcoming industrial projects.
10. Maintain regular sales visit reports, enquiry pipelines, order forecasts and customer follow-ups.

Educational Qualifications

* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related Engineering disciplines.
* Candidates with technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery will be preferred.
