? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR and office administration activities.
• Support employee onboarding and coordination.
• Assist with HR operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
? Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, documentation, and HR operations.
• Ability to work during night shifts according to US business hours.
