Role Description The Performance Marketing Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth for clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, segmenting target audiences,



and setting performance benchmarks for campaigns. The role involves managing paid advertising channels, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations. The associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure efficient use of marketing budgets. This position also requires continuous testing, analysis, and refinement of campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
