?‍? YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a high-ownership Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive end-to-end enterprise sales for Arrowhead's Conversational AI platform and lead our push into South India from Bangalore.
This is a full-cycle sales role, from SQL → POC → closure → account growth. You'll own revenue, relationships, and expansion within your accounts.
Your work will involve:
- ? Own Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and drive them to closure
- ? Run end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: discovery, demos, POCs, negotiations, and contracts
- ? Build Arrowhead's presence across South India's large enterprises and high-growth companies
- ? Work closely with product/tech teams to run successful POCs and deployments
- ? Close revenue and expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- ?‍? Be the primary relationship manager for clients after the sale, and build CXO-level relationships




- ? Manage commercials, billing, contracts, and renewals
- ? Keep the pipeline clean, forecast accurately, and keep revenue visible

✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales (SaaS / AI / Tech)
- Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle (SQL → Closure → Expansion)
- Experience handling POCs, enterprise negotiations, and contracts
