What You Will Do:
• System Design & Integration: Design, develop, and test PLC programs for industrial automation systems, ensuring reliable operation of machinery and production lines. Integrate PLCs seamlessly with HMI and SCADA systems.
• Hardware & Networking: Configure PLC hardware and industrial communication networks (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Diagnostics & Commissioning: Troubleshoot and debug control logic, perform on-site commissioning, and optimize existing programs for peak performance and safety.
• Technical Analysis: Read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs;,



and control system schematics.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional electrical, mechanical, and software teams. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel.

What We Are Looking For:
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience specifically in Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Robust command of PLC programming structures, including ladder logic, function block, and structured text.
• Deep understanding of industrial automation systems, including sensors, actuators, and control panels.
• Practical skills in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and optimization of PLC-controlled machinery.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Effective communication skills and a readiness to work full-time in office in Sangli.
