Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Indian Cuisine Chef to join our kitchen team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in preparing Indian breakfast dishes, parathas, sandwiches, and other food items while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
The candidate will be responsible for daily food preparation, managing kitchen activities, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring that orders are prepared efficiently during service hours.





Key Responsibilities
• Prepare a variety of Indian breakfast dishes, including stuffed parathas, sandwiches, and other menu items.
• Handle daily food preparation, ingredient cutting, and kitchen setup.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including commercial tawas and cooking appliances.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, food quality, and presentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service hours.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant, café, dhaba, or cloud kitchen is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Indian
