This role is about owning and growing our business on online marketplaces: sales, P&L;, marketplace ads, listings and account health.
It is NOT an offline modern trade / distributor KAM role, and NOT a Meta / Google ads role.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to own and scale our marketplace business, mainly on Amazon and Flipkart. You will be responsible for P&L;, sales growth, account strategy, marketplace ads, assortment, pricing and inventory.




This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines commercial thinking, data-driven decisions and strong execution to build a profitable, growing marketplace business.
You must be comfortable working professionally on intimate wellness categories.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the marketplace P&L;: sales, gross profit and contribution margin
• Build and run growth strategies across brands, categories and SKUs
• Manage relationships with Amazon and Flipkart category / account managers: business plans, negotiations, promotions and visibility
• Lead marketplace ads: Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Flipkart Ads (PLA / PCA)
• Improve ROAS, ACoS / TACoS, traffic, conversion and organic rank
• Drive assortment, pricing, coupons, deals and new product launches
• Plan sale events: Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days
• Own sales forecasting, inventory planning and stock availability (FBA and Flipkart fulfilment) with our w
