Business Development Manager – Premium Corporate Gifting
Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region
Experience: 4–7 years
Compensation: ₹5–8 LPA, depending on experience, plus performance incentives

Tofaa India is building a premium gifting consultancy that helps organizations create thoughtful, customized gifting experiences for employees, clients, leadership teams, business partners and real estate customers.

We are looking for a commercially strong, relationship-oriented professional who can build our Mumbai corporate client base and convert opportunities into profitable, long-term business.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and HNI clients across Mumbai.
• Build relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, Marketing, CXO offices and real estate developers.
• Develop opportunities for employee gifting, festive gifting, executive gifting, client appreciation, property launches and possession ceremonies.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements and present customized gifting concepts.




• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, order closure and payment follow-up.
• Build a structured pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Work with internal curation, design and operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Develop repeat business, strategic partnerships and long-term corporate accounts.

Requirements
• 4–7 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in corporate gifting, premium products, promotional merchandise, corporate events or institutional sales preferred.
• Evidence of acquiring new clients and closing meaningful business.
• Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings.
• Ability to work independently, manage targets and maintain disciplined follow-ups.
