I’m looking to connect with finance professionals to join Corrit Energy & Infra, an emerging player in India’s renewable energy sector.

This role requires an experienced finance professional to lead treasury, taxation and accounting operations, with a strong focus on financial discipline, internal controls and audit readiness we are strengthening our finance function to support the next phase of business growth, operational scale and governance maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
‣ Lead treasury operations, cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.
‣ Oversee GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
‣ Supervise accounting operations, month-end closure, reconciliations and management reporting.
‣ Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, approval matrices and audit processes.
‣ Coordinate with banks, statutory auditors, tax advisors and other professional stakeholders.
‣ Support CFO Office, financial due diligence, reporting requirements and listing-readiness activities.





Elibility:
‣ 8–12 years of relevant experience across finance, taxation, treasury and accounting operations.
‣ CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred; M.Com or an equivalent qualification with solid relevant experience will also be considered.
‣ Strong understanding of Indian taxation, accounting standards, financial controls and audit requirements.
‣ Prior IPO/listing exposure or experience supporting a high-growth organization through financial due diligence would be an advantage.

This role is suited to a professional who combines technical depth with ownership, sound judgement and the ability to build robust finance processes for a growing business.
