Role Description The AIF Operations & Compliances role (all positions) is a full-time, across India. Team members will manage day-to-day alternative investment fund (AIF) operations, including transaction processing, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, preparing reports and filings, supporting audits, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.



The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, and contributing to process improvements and risk mitigation activities. Depending on level, team members may also support client relationships, assist in sales-related operational documentation, and help implement best practices in AIF operations and compliance.
