About the Role
RedDoorz is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Developer - Android to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Android application development using Java and Kotlin, along with a strong understanding of Android frameworks, modern mobile architectures, and development best practices.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly Android applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and testable code following development best practices.




• Build responsive and modern mobile user interfaces using Material Design principles and XML layouts.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data handling efficiently.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement up-to-date Android architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Work with Jetpack Components including Room, Navigation, WorkManager, and LiveData.
• Utilize Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming and efficient data handling.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and team processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.
