We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our office-based team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing outreach campaigns across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted cold calling and outreach to prospective clients in domestic and international markets.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via email (mail) to pitch our products/services and convert leads.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with clients, understanding their business needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, strategies, and campaigns.




- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities globally.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or telemarketing (international market experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a bonus).
- Confident phone etiquette and qualified email-writing skills for cold outreach.
- High energy, target-driven mindset, and ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- Comfortable working across different time zones if required by international clients.
