ABOUT ECULTIFY

At eCultify, we work at the intersection of storytelling, culture, creativity, and technology. Our work spans social content, digital campaigns, branded films, performance creatives, podcasts, and AI-led visual experiences.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can introduce eCultify to the right brands, create meaningful business opportunities, and help grow our client portfolio and presence in the market.

This role goes beyond generating leads or sending pitch decks. You should understand how an agency wins business, recognise what a brand genuinely needs, and know how to position creative solutions in a commercially relevant way.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, shape pitches with our internal teams, and take ownership of conversations through to closure.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Find the Right Business Opportunities
You will research brands, sectors,



and marketing teams that could benefit from eCultify's capabilities. Your focus will be on identifying relevant opportunities rather than building a large but unfocused list of leads.

You will create target-account lists, identify decision-makers, follow industry developments, and recognise opportunities across content, campaigns, performance creatives, film, and emerging formats.

2. Own Outreach & Build Relationships
You will initiate conversations with prospective clients through thoughtful outreach, referrals, skilled networks, meetings, and industry events. You should know how to make the first conversation relevant and how to keep it moving without relying on generic follow-ups.

You will develop relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, founders, and other key stakeholders, building credibility for eCultify from the very first interaction.
