Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and execute marketing initiatives to promote Skill College’s academic programs, student activities, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional creatives.
• Coordinate with the design, video editing, academic, and admission teams to develop relevant content.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns to promote courses, admissions, events, and institutional activities.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and campaign performance.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.




• Identify emerging social media trends and implement suitable strategies to improve engagement.
• Support lead generation and student outreach campaigns through digital channels.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
• Manage paid ads in multiple platforms like meta, google, linkedin as per the requirement and bring in relevant leads for admission.
• Knowledge of gtag, Google analytics, GMB, google console tools is required.
• Work with influencers to do influencer marketing.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Positive knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing strategies.
• Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, audience targeting, and analytics.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Instagram Insights, Meta Bus
