About the Role
Fit Mafia is hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone calls, while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.

Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
Salary: ₹15,000 fixed in-hand per month
Experience: 2–3 years in customer support/handling
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and complaints through WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.





Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in customer support.
• Experience in the hospitality sector, particularly restaurants, cafés, hotels, or food-related businesses, is preferred.
• Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Comfortable handling both written and voice-based customer communication.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries.
• Willingness to work the 8 PM – 3 AM IST shift.

Compensation
₹15,000fixed in-hand per month.
