Role Summary





The Senior Manager – Legal & Compliance will support the organization’s legal and compliance function, with primary responsibility for commercial contracting, practical legal advice, and coordination of priority compliance matters. The role is designed around a focused set of core responsibilities, with additional matters supported as business needs arise.

The incumbent will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide timely, business-oriented support, take ownership of assigned matters, and progressively broaden their contribution as the role evolves.

Core Responsibilities

Commercial Contracting & Legal Advisory
• Draft, review, and negotiate key commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and collaboration arrangements.
• Provide practical legal advice to business teams, balancing commercial objectives with legal and reputational risk.
• Maintain and improve standard templates, playbooks, and approval processes f
